Horton does not sell alcohol through drinkhorton.com. The offer to purchase Horton ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase Horton, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased Horton. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

Yes! You must be present to sign for it with a valid ID showing you are 21+. Unfortunately, packages containing alcohol cannot be left on your doorstep.

For Horton to be compliant with liquor laws, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed liquor retailer. This means the retailer decides whether to accept a return / issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product. We are happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you may have. Yes none of our ingredients contain gluten.
Most hard seltzers are made with neutral malt alcohol. Horton is made with real rum!
